How do I join?
There are two ways to become a First Place member: Join an existing group or help start a new group.
To join an existing group, search our online directory for a group near you.

Who can be a First Place leader?
There is no special training required to be a First Place leader. The First Place Group Starter Kit includes detailed instructions on how to set up and start a First Place group. The First Place Leader's Guide also provides instructions on how to plan and facilitate a group meeting. Additional leadership training is also available at Workshops, Conferences and FOCUS Weeks.

What do I need?
Every group needs a Group Starter Kit.
All members need a First Place Member's Kit and Bible study. Members who have purchased a kit will need a new Bible study each session. Your leader will choose the Bible study for each session.
